By creating an account or using Subtexts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Subtexts is
Subtexts is a pattern-recognition tool that analyzes conversation screenshots using AI. Results are probabilistic, not definitive. They are intended to surface patterns you can evaluate — not to replace your own judgment. Do not use Subtexts as the sole basis for decisions affecting your relationships, employment, or legal matters.
Acceptable use
You may only upload screenshots of conversations you are a party to, or that you have explicit permission to analyze. You may not use Subtexts to harass, stalk, or surveil others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Disclaimer of warranties
Subtexts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any analysis for a particular purpose.
